Blesavaris Group holding company is incorporated in Sharjah (United Arab Emirates, Company License Number:1803208.01), and is governed by a UAE national law for holding companies. The holding company is reporting tax authorities and undergoes audits according to United Arab Emirates regulations. Consolidated financial reports, as well as audit reports, are provided to investors personally. Any extra reports are available at personal request to one of our operational offices in Dubai, Vienna, or Kyiv.
Since holding companies are not obliged to publish their financial reports, we do not disclose them to protect the interests of our investors.
National operational companies are ruled by national laws and according to national regulations for financial institutions in respective countries may disclose financial reports, audit reports, and/or shareholder structure. Respective information is available at operational companies' sites in respective countries.
